Refund and Cancellation Policy
How TeachX handles refunds, duplicate charges, failed payment confirmations, cancellations, and TeachX Points purchases.

1. Digital Product Nature
TeachX sells TeachX Points, subscriptions, AI-generated content, and online classroom productivity tools. Once points are used or digital outputs are generated, the service is considered delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, failed payment confirmations, accidental purchases reported promptly before material usage, or verified technical failure that prevents access to the purchased service.
Refunds are generally not available for used TeachX Points, completed exports, downloaded materials, change of mind after usage, dissatisfaction with AI output after significant use, or account suspension caused by policy violations.
3. Subscriptions And Cancellations
If subscriptions are offered, users may cancel future renewals through available account, payment, or support channels. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the active billing period unless required by law.
4. How To Request
Email hello@teachx.guru from the registered email with payment reference, account email, reason, and screenshots if relevant. We may request additional verification before processing.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and banking network.
