TeachX AI is owned and operated by MIB - MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL LLP. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, share, and delete personal data when teachers, schools, students, parents, or authorized users access TeachX AI.

Teacher account data: name, email, phone, school, city, subjects, grades, language preferences, authentication details, plan status, support messages, and billing records.

Classroom data: class names, grade levels, board or curriculum, lesson prompts, PPTs, worksheets, teaching kits, communication drafts, student rosters, learning notes, assessment assignments, and generated outputs.

Student data entered by teachers: name, grade, school, parent contact details, notes, assessment status, assignment links, counseling notes, and AI-generated learning summaries where enabled.

AI interaction data: prompts, generated lessons, PPT outlines, worksheets, parent messages, rubrics, student report prompts, feedback, error logs, and safety or quality signals.

Technical and payment data: IP address, device, browser, approximate location, logs, cookies, payment references, invoices, plan status, fraud-prevention signals, and support history. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.

We use data to create accounts, run the teacher workspace, generate classroom materials, save teaching content, manage classes and students, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve reliability, and comply with law.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve templates, product quality, model evaluation, curriculum coverage, performance, and safety. We do not sell personal data.

TeachX AI uses AI providers to generate teaching materials, lesson plans, PPT outlines, worksheets, messages, student summaries, and related classroom outputs based on teacher prompts and selected context.

AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Teachers and schools must review generated materials before classroom use, parent communication, grading, counseling, or decisions affecting a student.

We do not intentionally use private classroom or student data to train public AI models unless a future policy clearly explains the change and required consent is obtained.

TeachX is designed primarily for teachers and schools. Teachers and schools are responsible for ensuring they have the right authority, notice, and consent to enter or process student data.

Where student or child data is processed, we use it only to provide the TeachX service, support the teacher or school, secure the platform, comply with law, and improve service quality using appropriate safeguards.

Teachers should avoid entering sensitive student information unless it is necessary for a legitimate educational purpose and authorized by the school, parent, guardian, or applicable law.

Depending on the country, we may process personal data based on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, legal compliance, school authorization, fraud prevention, user safety, and service improvement.

Where parental, guardian, school, or institutional consent is required, the teacher or school must obtain and maintain that consent before using TeachX with student data.

We use service providers for hosting, databases, AI processing, payments, email, analytics, logging, security, support, and infrastructure. They process data only as needed to provide and protect TeachX.

TeachX may be accessed globally. Data may be processed in India and other countries where our providers operate. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers where required.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide TeachX, maintain account history, support teachers and schools, meet legal or tax obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and secure the service.

Teachers or schools may request deletion of account, classroom, or student data. Some records, such as invoices, payment references, security logs, legal records, and dispute records, may be retained where required or permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, authentication, payment verification, logs, and infrastructure controls.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Teachers and schools must use strong passwords, protect account access, and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive data.

Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator.
