Teacher & Mentor Terms

Teachers and mentors are responsible for keeping profile, experience, service, availability, price, and contact information accurate and not misleading. They must offer and deliver only services they are competent and permitted to provide.

Providers should communicate professionally, respect agreed schedules, protect learner information, maintain appropriate boundaries, and promptly address changes or inability to deliver a booked service.

Platform charges, subscriptions, payment collection, payouts, deductions, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the details shown in the product and the finalized Platform Terms and Refund Policy. Providers must not misrepresent fees or evade required platform processes.

Use of the platform does not by itself establish employment, partnership, or agency; the final commercial relationship requires legal confirmation. Listings or access may be reviewed, restricted, or suspended for safety concerns, inaccurate information, non-payment, or material breach.
