Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to TeachX AI, including the Studio, PPT generation, templates, worksheets, teaching kits, class planning, communications, student rosters, assessments, TeachX Points, payments, and related services.

TeachX AI is owned by MIB - MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL LLP. By creating an account, using free explorer access, purchasing TeachX Points, or using TeachX, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any school or data processing agreement that applies.

TeachX is a teacher productivity and classroom content platform. Teachers and schools are responsible for reviewing generated outputs, using professional judgment, and complying with curriculum, school, privacy, child-safety, and education rules.

You must ensure that student data is entered only with proper authority, notice, consent, and legitimate educational purpose.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular class or learner. You must review PPTs, worksheets, answers, parent messages, student reports, and counseling content before use.

TeachX does not provide legal, medical, psychological, clinical, or guaranteed educational outcome advice.

TeachX Points are digital usage credits for platform actions and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for money except where required by law.

Prices, currencies, taxes, point packs, subscription plans, feature limits, and free explorer access may vary by region and may change. The checkout price shown at purchase is the price for that transaction.

You must not misuse TeachX, attack the platform, bypass payments, scrape content, create fake accounts, upload malware, violate privacy rights, impersonate others, enter unlawful data, or use TeachX for harassment, discrimination, surveillance, fraud, spam, or unsafe student decisions.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, law, payment rules, platform security, or child-safety expectations have been violated.

TeachX software, brand assets, templates, product design, workflows, and platform materials are owned by MIB or its licensors.

Teachers retain ownership of their own prompts, uploaded content, and classroom materials. You grant TeachX a limited license to host, process, secure, display, and use that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

We aim to keep TeachX reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, upgrades, outages, third-party provider failures, security incidents, or force majeure events may affect access.

We may add, remove, rename, reprice, or change features, plans, limits, templates, and workflows to improve the product, comply with law, or protect users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeachX and MIB are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-opportunity, loss-of-data, or educational outcome damages.

Our total liability for claims relating to TeachX will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, courts and competent forums in Kozhikode, Kerala, India will have jurisdiction.
